2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction
Membership and use of services on bd bazz is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older. At the time of registration you must confirm your actual age and identity. Accounts belonging to underage persons will be closed immediately and any associated deposits and winnings will be cancelled.
2.2 Single Account
Each user may create only one account. If the same person or members of the same household create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, this will be considered a breach of the agreement. In such cases all related accounts may be closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. 2.4 Account Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods
bd bazz currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for both deposits and withdrawals. These methods have been specifically chosen for secure and fast transactions, as they are the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh.
3.2 Minimum Limits

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed. A bonus is not earned funds — it is a playing facility; the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before wagering it 25 times.
4.2 Other Promotions
Weekly bd bazz Deposit Festival, bd bazz Slot Fun Bonus, Weekend bd bazz Blast, bd bazz Birthday Reward, and Refer a Friend Get bd bazz — each of these promotions has its own terms. These terms are communicated in detail at the time the promotion is announced. All promotions require a minimum deposit of at least ৳200.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Providing false information to obtain bonuses, creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or attempting to manipulate the system by any other method will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases bd bazz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
After each bonus is claimed, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled. Once a bonus is cancelled it cannot be recovered.

6.2 Weekly Cashback
Cashback is provided based on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze level, up to 0.5% at Silver level, and up to 0.8% at Gold level. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is automatically added to the account and there are no additional wagering requirements for its use.
6.3 VIP Level Changes
The decision to promote a member to a higher level is at the discretion of bd bazz. Levels may decrease if gaming activity drops. Members will be informed of any VIP level changes.
6.4 VIP Benefit Restrictions
VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. The VIP status of one account cannot be transferred to another account. The account must remain active to enjoy VIP benefits.

9.3 Consequences of Closure
If an account is closed due to breach of the agreement, all bonuses in the account and any winnings obtained from bonuses will be forfeited. The return of original deposit funds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
